Built for your business
Custom Websites
A website should explain your business clearly and give people a straightforward way to contact you. We build around what you do, rather than asking you to squeeze your business into a template.
Request a quoteWhat a custom website is
A custom website is a public home for your business, with pages arranged around the questions your customers actually ask. It can explain your services, show work you have permission to share, describe where you work and make your contact details easy to find. The aim is to help someone understand whether your business is the right fit before they get in touch.
Custom does not mean complicated. A clear service page and a useful contact form may be more appropriate than a large collection of features. We start with the information people need and agree on the pages and functions before building. You can request a website on its own or discuss a customer portal or business tool as a separate part of the project.
Who a custom website is for
This service is for small business owners who need their first website or want to replace a site that no longer represents their work. A contractor might need to separate different services. A local shop might need a clearer explanation of what it offers. An independent professional might need one dependable place to send prospective customers.
You do not need a technical brief to begin. Tell us what you do, who usually contacts you and what feels missing today. If your current site has useful content, mention that too. We can discuss what to keep, what needs rewriting and which photographs or examples you have permission to use. We do not fill gaps with invented customer stories or claims.
What is included in your website project
Every project includes mobile-friendly design, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, business markup, a contact form with email alerts, website analytics and a speed check before launch. Google Business Profile setup help, a private project portal, a handover guide and walkthrough are also part of the existing service. The exact page list and any extra functions are set out in your quote.
Your domain, hosting account, code and data belong in your own accounts. Full ownership transfers after final payment. If you want booking, payments, extra pages or another connection, ask about it during discovery so it can be scoped rather than assumed. A new feature is not automatically included simply because it appears in one of our own products.
How discovery, design, build, launch and support work
Discovery starts with your request and a conversation about your business. We clarify the pages, content and practical requirements, then send a quote before work starts. During design, we work out how the information should be arranged and how the site should look. Your business details, photographs and feedback help shape that direction.
During the build, you can review a preview and ask for changes before launch. We check the agreed pages, phone layout and contact flow, then launch on your domain and hand over the code and account guide. For 30 days after launch, support covers things that are not working as built and small text or photo changes. New features and larger changes are quoted separately. An ongoing care plan is optional, not a condition of ownership.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to write a technical specification?
No. Start with a plain-English description of your business, the customers you want to reach and what your current website is missing. We use discovery to agree on the pages and functions before quoting.
Can you work with my existing domain?
Tell us where your domain is registered and whether you already have a website. We will discuss the launch and account access needed before making changes. Your domain stays in your own account.
Will I own the finished website?
Yes. Full ownership transfers after final payment, including the source code. Your domain, hosting and data accounts belong to you, and you receive a handover guide and walkthrough.
What happens if I need changes after launch?
The first 30 days cover fixes to work as built and small text or photo changes. New features and larger changes are quoted before work starts. After that period, an ongoing care plan is optional.
