Who we are
The Flip Ledger LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company that designs and builds custom websites, customer portals and business apps for small businesses.
Using this site
Please use this site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, misuse it or access areas you are not allowed to.
Quotes and prices
Starting prices shown on this site and any quotes discussed are estimates. They become firm only when a written quote is accepted.
Ownership
As described on this site, ownership of the finished website or app transfers to you on final payment. We keep the right to reuse general techniques and our own tools in other work.
Your content
You are responsible for the content, images and text you give us, and you must have the right to use them.
Data you provide
If you are moving data from another system, you are responsible for exporting your own data and for having the right to share it with us. We use it only to set up your project. After you confirm the import is correct, we delete your source files from our storage.
Support and care plans
For 30 days after launch, we fix anything we built that is not working as built and make small text and photo changes. New features are quoted separately. The care plan is optional, billed monthly, and can be cancelled at any time.
The AI assistant
The assistant gives general information only. Nothing it says is a binding offer.
Translations
Translations on this site are automatic and may contain errors. They are not legal, medical or emergency advice. The English version of any agreement is the binding one. Messages sent through the translator on the home page are not saved.
The client portal
The portal is for our customers only. Please do not share your account with anyone else.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
