Built for your business
Real Estate
Agents, brokers and property flippers work with different records, but each needs a clear path from the first conversation to the next decision. We can build a website or working tool around that path, without treating every property business as the same business.
Request a quoteCommon problems in real estate work
An agent may have prospective buyers in one inbox, listing details in another tool and transaction documents spread across folders. A broker also needs to understand who is handling a conversation and which decisions are still waiting. When ownership of a task is unclear, keeping everyone informed can become a separate piece of work. A custom project should start by identifying the specific handoff that is difficult, rather than replacing every system at once.
For a flipper, the questions are different: which costs belong to a property, what work remains and which documents support a purchase or sale? A public website cannot answer those internal questions on its own. We separate the information you want visitors to see from the records you need to manage privately. We also discuss which existing tools should stay, so a new build does not create another disconnected set of records.
A website, portal or app for your property business
A custom website can explain your services, introduce your approach and give prospective sellers, buyers or partners an appropriate enquiry form. The content can be arranged around the people you serve, with only photographs and property examples you have permission to publish. Listing feeds and connections to outside services need a separate discussion about access, permissions and scope; we do not assume they are available.
A client portal can provide a signed-in place for agreed updates and documents. A business app can organize leads, transaction stages or property expenses, depending on your work. We define which people can see each record before building. These are possible functions, not a bundled promise: an agent tracking commissions and a flipper tracking renovation costs need different screens and rules. The three service pages below explain the different starting points.
How we work with agents, brokers and flippers
Discovery follows a sample enquiry, transaction or property project through your current process. Use a fictional or redacted example if the real record contains private details. We discuss the information, people and decisions involved, then agree on a quote. Design turns that agreed workflow into pages and screens you can review before the build begins.
During the build, you try the preview against the tasks we agreed. Any data migration is scoped first and reviewed before launch. Launch includes checking the public contact journey and any agreed private access. Handover includes your code, account guide and walkthrough, with full ownership transferring after final payment. The first 30 days of support cover fixes to work as built and small text or photo changes; new functions and larger changes are quoted separately, and ongoing care is optional.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build for both agents and property flippers?
Yes. We discuss the workflow separately: agents and brokers may need enquiry and transaction tools, while flippers may need property project and cost records. Your quote defines the functions for your business.
Can a website include a property listing feed?
Tell us which listing service you use and what access you have. We review its permissions and connection requirements before agreeing on scope. A listing feed is not assumed to be included.
Can clients see documents without seeing internal records?
A portal can be scoped with separate client and team access. We agree on which updates and documents each person can see and check those boundaries before launch.
Are these products examples of client projects?
No. The Property Agent Ledger and The Flip Ledger are software we built and run ourselves. They demonstrate relevant workflows, but your project has its own agreed scope.
