Most website projects slow down for one simple reason: the pieces are not ready. The design is the easy part. Waiting for a logo, a photo or a password is what costs days. This short list helps you avoid that.

Your business basics

Write down your business name exactly as you want it to appear, your phone number, your email, your address or service area, and your opening hours. These small details show up on almost every page, and mistakes are easy to miss.

Your logo and colors

Send your logo as a file, ideally a PNG or SVG with a clear background. If you do not have one, tell us. If you have brand colors, send them. If not, we will suggest a palette that fits your business.

Photos and videos

Real photos of your work, your team and your location always beat stock pictures. Send the best ones you have, even if they are not perfect. Customers trust a site that looks like the real business.

What you want to say

You do not need to write everything. A few sentences about what you do, who you help and why customers choose you are enough to start. We can turn those notes into clean website text for you to review.

Your domain and accounts

If you already own a domain, find out where it was bought and who has the login. If you do not have one, we can help you choose a name. Keep in mind that the domain belongs to you, not to us, so it should be registered in your name.

Websites you like

Send two or three websites you like, and one you do not. It is the fastest way to explain your taste, and it saves several rounds of changes.

What the site should do

Decide the main action you want a visitor to take: call you, book, request a quote, pay or sign in. Everything on the page should lead to that action.

A simple way to start

You do not need everything on this list before we talk. Tell us what you have today, and we will tell you what is missing and what can wait. Most projects start with a short conversation and a clear scope, and you approve the price before any work begins.
